At 27, pregnant with twins (with a 4 year old and 2 year already) I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.
With zero family history of breast cancer, it was an absolute shock.
When treatment ended, I thought I could just “get back to normal” with exercise. I wanted to feel like myself again and trust my body the way I once had.
But my old workouts didn’t fit my new reality — I struggled to recover, progress felt slow, and my body was asking for a different kind of support.
Learning how to exercise as a cancer survivor was a turning point. It shifted my perspective, deepened my compassion, and ultimately ignited my passion for helping other survivors rebuild strength in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
